Maybe next time use a condom for the anal and peel it off for the oral? If the condom is lubricated on the inside, it may not taste so great, but it's better than e. coli. Just a helpful suggestion from a fellow butt buddy.

Don't forget that when you see this done in a porn film, the film might have been edited - in real time, the anal sex could easily have been done after the vaginal sex and the scenes edited to show it the other way round.
That said, I don't think you need worry. Plenty of people don't wash hands after going to the toilet, and a few minutes later absent-mindedly lick their fingers!

 There's nothing you can do about it now. Drink lots of water to try to "flush" your system. You're probably fine. You'll know pretty quickly if you got something (you'll vomit and have diarrhea). Don't take anything special, just lots of water/fluids. You should always wear a condom doing anal, since it's just kind of yucky. Then you can take the condom off and resume things. I'd be more concerned if you went anal to vaginal, but again nothing you can do for that. So remember, next time use a condom that can be removed after anal.
