I had my eye on a guy at my gym for like 6 months. the feeling was mutual. 2 weeks ago I felt really brave and out of character. I left a note on his car saying that I'd like to ask him something w/my number. It worked... he texed me and the game began. I told him that I had wanted to ask him of he wanted to go out. we talked all week and then the following sat we met up at a club. (bad choice). He came alone I was w/one friend. Another bad choice. He was all over me and I just froze up. Was so nervous I didn't even kiss him. now he's totally avoiding me. How do I get him to meet me again (alone) so I can show him how I really feel? HELP! I will show him the real me if given the chance. No holding back.... BTW, he's 24, I'm 31. Reply to this Question

reader, anonymous, writes (12 February 2010): You may be "worthy' of a second date but that is his prerogative now. You have made your interest clear. Now if he wants to take it ahead, he will.
Otherwise you seem desperate.
