It all comes down to trust. He mislead me and didn't say anything for six months till it was too hard to hide she was pregnant. Do you trust your guy? will he cheat again? If there is any of a shadow of doubt... I don't think it will work.
Also he wants me to be friends with this baby's mother... which I don't think I can do.

 I'm sure you aren't the only one and won't be the last...See how it goes. If you're regretting your decision, then I would seriously consider the alternative.
Personally, I couldn't do that..cheating is betrayal enough, but to be irresponsible and father a child? No way. That's grounds for the curb.
