Basically during penetration when my partner and I are having sex if we shift position or he withdraws there are sometimes 'air' noises. I hate it, its embarrassing and I find it kills the moment a bit. Does anyone else get this? Is there anyway to stop it or at least reduce the chances of it? Any advice would be great, thanks. This happens to me too. Me and my fella have a good laugh about it. This is completely normal

I've never come across this thing personally, but I knew I had read about it somewhere and checked. From what I read, some women have some sort of space where air can get trapped, and it is released when the outher third of the vagina is relaxed. It can be corrected with surgery, but the woman in question can also let the air escape before lovemaking. I don't know how a woman would do that, though. I hope this helps.

AHG, dont you hate that?!!! LOL! Yes, cant very well blame it on the dog huh? What I found to help reduce that is using my kegal muscles (the muscles that control stopping your urination) while my partner penertates. As he moves out, I squeeze them, and then when it comes to changing positions, no funny air sounds. Exercising those kegals also helps you to keep nice and tight, which will eliminate air sounds completely. He will enjoy your new trick too!

Unfortunately, there isnt much you can do about these "air" noises. The reason why it happens when you shift positions is because he is pushing air inside of you and it is released everytime you shift or he withdraws.
It is natural and their is no reason to be embarassed by these noises! This happens to everyone although some might be louder than others.
Just remember that it is normal and you need not be embarassed, if you free yourself of embarassment, the mood wont be affected any bit!
Hope this helps!
