same thing happens to me. my obgyn said it is the muscles in the uterus contracting after during an orgasm. he said it was normal. what i do is curl up into a ball and lay ontop of my covers so the fan can cool me down. before sex i take an asprin so that it eases the pain bc mine are so bas i throw up sometimes. if lying in a ball hurts try laying on your side take deep long breaths and relax. if you have a heating pad use that to. slowly sip water and breath out of your nose. good luck i hope it works for you. o and it takes a little bit, but the asprin kicks in its not so bad. but you just wait it out. let me know if works
