 I would say . . . not. However going forward, get yourself onto some form of birth control and practice safe sex at all times. Prevention is better than cure..

I do wonder what they are teaching in school these days? You mean INTERCOURSE.
Sperm can't live outside of the body for more than seconds, or maximum a few minutes only. It can swim outside of the body either. So in order to possibly get pregnant when not having had INTERCOURSE, is for you to grab a load of sperm within seconds of him ejaculating, and then pushing it up inside you as deep as you could.
There is no chance you can get pregnant from touching yourself 30 minutes after getting sperm on your fingers. Especially since you didn't even put the fingers inside yourself, you just touched on the outside. There just is no way. If you got pregnant now, I would find it more likely that it was due to the Holy Spirit.

 It's unlikely. Though sperm CAN survive for a good while outside the body, I don't think you got pregnant from it. Don't forget you also need to be ovulating. There aren't just eggs hanging around waiting to be fertilized. Plus the vulva and clit are still external parts of you, not internal. And I presume once you thought of it you washed yourself?
If in doubt, there is the plan B. Which I DO think is overkill for this situation.
Next time? Have some baby wipes with you and use those to wipe off the semen. And maybe.... consider some kind of birth-control?
