Maybe you've been through a similar problem and can help?

So. I've been friends with this girl for about5 years, but in the last 2-3 years it was a real fairytale-like friendship, I felt really happy and I can tell she was as well. We had very close moments (I know that sounds gay but we're not gay...it was more like sisterly love, you know-hugging,kissing on the cheek and girly stuff like that) Making long story short-we shared everything and there was almost no secrets between us. Plus we are both a bit of a loner type from time to time, also we don't do the silly gossip thing. The problem started about two-three months ago. She just stopped talking to me. Well she doesn't mail me anymore or write on facebook (we didn't have the habit of calling each other so I'm not even mentioning the phone calls) She wrote me a few short messages a few weeks ago,but never responds when I write first. That's strange becouse she always wrote stuff like "oh I can't wait to see you sis! I'll hug you till you loose your breath 3" etc. She lives in the next own about an hour away by car so that's not really very far. But she used to invite me every so often, right now there's no inviting,no messages,no calls,no nothing!

She is the type that can run out of cash on the phone and not refill it for several days and she had problems with her grandpa being very very sick,oh yeah-and that loner type thing.

Do you think something bad happened? Is there really a reason she's avoiding me in such uncol way? What should I do? Is it really ok to call her, write messages and stuff if the chances are she'll only avoid me more? What should I do?

Maybe you said something to her that she was offended by?

Try sending her a message asking her what is wrong.
