Funny, I just read about how a woman was freaking out because she just turned 27 and had never dated or kissed a guy etc. EVER. So don't get too down on yourself. Girls are everywhere, so i'm also a little curious as to where you're going to try to meet girls also because that just seems impossible. You're of legal drinking age, why do you think people your age are always hitting the bars?

Get out there,go to places where to where u will meet girls, when you see a girl say hi, smile, dont be sleazy or come on too strong,be genuine and be yourself,

ask her how she is, how her day has been,what does she do for work? is she studying? be cool and calm but be nice,dont come on too strong! none likes a sleazy guy. if thins go well ask her for a coffeeor lunch
