 Im thinking the emotional part was missing in addition to any overstimulation you might have gotten used to. Was it your first time? If so then do not worry too much, practice makes perfect, and just because you wank it for 2 hours straight doesn't mean that's what it takes to get there (obviously not).

Add a tad of performance anxiety, the psychological pressure to finish... and you obtain the opposite, no finish.

 If it was your first time (meaning you were a virgin before hand) it is perfectly natural to not cum at all and to even go soft a few times. My boyfriend lost his V to me and he went soft twice and then didn't cum from sex on our first time.
Like person12345 has already said you might be too used to wanking and being with a girl is a totally different feeling. Maybe try wanking less.

 My guess is you've "overstimulated" yourself masturbating. A vagina or mouth is very soft compared to a hand. Try taking a break from masturbating for a bit and see if it comes back.
