My ex did that same extact thing to me, except, he had a baby with this woman, she left him over the course of the summer to cheat with two other guys, my ex used me as a rebound telling lie after lie after lie, he claims he was confused, but in the end, I discover he wasn't, he knew extacty who he wanted and it was her. After treating me like pure crap for about eight months. Well, he thought it was better to be with a woman he had a history of cheating on him (he was a cheater too, I just didn't find out until later on that he had cheated on her as well), than be with woman who was decent. He braged about it to his family and friends, bad mouth me and about one year later, he tried to "come back to me" after he discovered the child he had been caring for for almost three years was not his child. He wrote me a long handwritten letter, pleading and begging for me to contact him and guess what? I refused, by that time I was over him..I didn't love him nor did I care about him so not contacting him was very easy.

Don't mess up a great thing...if you do, you will live to regret it for the rest of your life.

Well you have to ask yourself if you really are falling for this other girl or if you are just lusting after her. Its often hard to tell the difference though. You may break up with your girl to be with the other girl only to find that the grass is not greener on the other side. You may just have a strong sexual attraction to this other girl and those chemical reactions you get from that are super super strong, but temporary. Who would you rather be with in the long term? If your girlfriend already has all the qualities you look for then i would try to keep your distace from this other girl. If your feelings for her dont go away after another couple months with not talking to her or seeing her, then you may actualy have deeper feelings for her. If they do go away then it was just good old lust behind the reason you felt like you were falling for her. Good luck!
