I make no apologies for the fact that I dislike homosexuals intensely, and resent the fact that they hijacked the word 'gay', which meant something altogether different years ago 'when I were a lad'.
Served in the Royal Navy for 21 years with the Fleet Air Arm, so have seen the world a bit.
Married and divorced twice. Two grown-up kids who now have families of their own. Now living with my first love who I was prevented from having anything to do with when we were a lot younger, so I know all about heartache, marriage, separation, kids, grandchildren, divorce and living together.
Originally from Leicester, I now live in the far South West of England, 20 miles from Lands End, close to the sea. St Ives Bay is visible from my back garden.
I enjoy sailing, sea angling and scuba diving. I hate decorating, gardening and mowing the grass.
I read the Daily Mail & Sunday Sport (well, you need a laugh and some titillation at least once a week!).
I try to approach everything in life with a sense of humour. Life is far too short and unpredictable to be living under a dark cloud. I try to live life to the full and enjoy all the things I can afford and manage to do before I get too old, strapped for cash and infirm.
My partner is the love of my life and I would not swop her for all the riches in the world. In fact, she IS my life!
