What makes me qualified to help other people? Just the journey of life...I've been on the edge of having a serious eating disorder until I realised what I was doing to myself and with the help and love of my friends and family I am now much much better. The wake up call I had was when I fainted in the kitchen and hurt my head a chin badly.
I have two friends who are anorexic, one who has recovered, the other also nearly recovered. I have been there for them as have they for me. If anyone ever has any eating disorder problems then I am very willing to talk to you or just listen to what you have to say.
I've had relationship crises far to often! I'm forever helping out friends who don't know what to do about them!
I've learnt that in life there is always a choice, even when you don't think that there is...take a look around and think long and hard - you'll be surprised with what you come up with.
I've a few quotes that I always keep in my mind:
